We don’t often get rain on a Summer day in Coronado, California, and even less often do we get to photograph a lovely Coronado Cays wedding like this one for Hanna and Jeremy. They say rain on a wedding day is a good sign, and judging by the joy captured in these beautiful Coronado wedding photos I’d have to say that the couple proved this saying true. In this collection of my wedding photography favorites of the couple you’ll see preparation, ceremony, posed and candid shots, and a mix of fun wedding photos, too.
The couple’s wedding photography began with capturing bride Hannah’s final getting ready moments at Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church for her Coronado Cays wedding, as well as photos her bridesmaids in their lovely blue dresses. All of this side of the wedding party were certainly having fun, which goes to show how weddings are meant to be. In addition to photographing some of the getting ready, my assistant wedding photographer also captured some great shots of Hannah’s lovely wedding dress in a variety of nice views that we like to capture.
Hannah and Jeremy’s Coronado Cays wedding included a first look for her dad, step-dad and brother, so we staged them couple in a more private moment before their wedding ceremony at Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church. For the first men would be turned to gaze upon Hannah for their first time so they could see how beautiful she looked in her wedding dress prior the wedding ceremony. With there still enough time before the Coronado Cays wedding ceremony, we shot some posed and creative wedding photos are captured, as well as photos during Hannah and Jeremy’s church ceremony, and more wedding photos afterwards of course, too.
The after wedding photos included more shots inside and outside the church, in the nearby neighborhood, as well as at their reception at Bahama Village Clubhouse in the Coronado Cays. The reception venue was decorated with yellow and white streamers, and other decorations. And speaking of decorations, there was couple’s nice two-tier wedding cake, white and adorned with blue ribbon, which they acquired from 32nd Street Naval Base Commissary. Master of ceremonies and DJ for the couple’s afternoon Coronado Cays wedding reception was Mark Kvalvik, and their wedding reception meal was catered by Zorbas Greek Buffet. The lovely flowers and bouquets were made by Mayra from the Singing Florist.
