The San Diego Bay Point Loma Wedding Photography at Ocean View Room, on Naval Base Point Loma, created a complete and wonderful collection of wedding day photos for Alicia and Peter. The year earlier, the couple also had a lovely engagement photo session in La Jolla, California.
With their family and friends in attendance for the well-adorned ceremony, and a fun reception afterwards, the couple’s wedding day photos were a delight to capture. And there was no better location than this military event venue situated on the Point Loma submarine base. Amidst fantastic views of San Diego Bay, the downtown skyline, and the ocean and hills, the scenery was as fantastic as the wedding itself.
Formally known as Ocean View at Ballast Point, the wedding venue is located on Naval Base Point Loma in the neighborhood of Point Loma in San Diego, California. Ocean View is another of the many nice Navy Region Southwest wedding venues where I’ve photographed. This area is in fact quite historic, with importance to the region dating as far back as 1795. The couple’s San Diego wedding photography at Ocean View was complimented by magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego Bay.
Alicia and Peter, together with Angela of One Fabulous Event, developed a great schedule for their wedding day, and this helped in the choreography of the photography. The San Diego Bay Point Loma wedding photography at Ocean View began with some getting ready shots of the couple and their wedding party. This was followed by a first look that we staged near the water. Creating a first look meant that we could then create all of the posed, wedding party, family and other shots prior to the ceremony. This in turn allowed the couple to engage right way with their guests following the ceremony.
San Diego Bay Point Loma wedding photography for Alicia and Peter included all of the fantastic features of my Collection 3 wedding photography package This package is a super value for a complete day of wedding photography because it includes an unlimited number of shots for eight hours, all-edited wedding photos, a set of professional prints, a Standout Print, one main Go-Book album, and a disk of all images in high resolution with print rights. Assistant Photographer Andrea added in three more hours of second photographer shots to capture even more great wedding day photos. And with wedding videography provided by Sia and Josee of Jossia Visual Productions, the couple surely have a beautiful timeline and storybook of the their wedding day.
