The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego Event Photography for Shire

Shire Pharmaceuticals, a global innovator in biopharmaceuticals, had their recent event hosted at The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego, in La Jolla. The San Diego event photography captured some of the art in the museum, plus the fantastic decor created by Pzazz , all coordinated by Event Boutique. Shire Pharmaceuticals was also treated to wonderful food creations with catering by Gueseppe, live entertainment by singer and guitarist Matt, interactive personalized videos by PopNoggins, and fascinating Aura and Chakra Photos.

Pictured on this page are a few of my photographer favorites from the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego photography of Shire’s event.  In this collection of event photos I pulled together some detailed shots of the decor, overview shots of the San Diego event venue with and without people, the interactions of people, and some marketing shots of food with attendees in the background. And you’ll even see a couple of photos with some action blur to add a sense of the positive energy of the event. More About the Museum of Contemporary Art

With two locations, the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego (MCASD) is the region’s foremost forum devoted to the exploration and presentation of the art of our time, presenting works across all media created since 1950. Located in the heart of downtown San Diego and in the coastal community of La Jolla, MCASD provides an unprecedented variety of exhibition spaces and experiences for the community, showcasing an internationally recognized collection and a dynamic schedule of exhibitions and public programs.

At MCASD in Downtown, experience contemporary art in a historic setting – the Jacobs Building, formerly the Santa Fe Depot baggage building – and view site-specific installations by artists Jenny Holzer and Richard Serra. At MCASD in La Jolla, take in the fabulous ocean view from the Edwards Garden Gallery, or lunch on the patio at theMuseum Cafe. The La Jolla location also houses the Museum’s X Store, filled with a selection of contemporary art books, apparel, and innovative design objects.
