A delightful evening of gala photography for the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute at The Fairmont Grand Del Mar Resort for the 2015 Sanford-Burnham’s annual event presented guests with a memorable evening of delectable food, exquisite drinks, and entertainment in support of vital medical research.
Honorary Gala Co-Chairs for the evening were Susan & Jim Blair, Phyllis & Dan Epstein, and Robin & Hank Nordhoff. Some of San Diego’s most prominent philanthropists were present, including SBP namesake Conrad Prebys, Debra Turner, Papa Doug Manchester, and many others. Congressman Scott Peters was also in attendance. The evening’s gala photography captured these and so many others as they enjoyed the vibrant and worthwhile evening.
And what a worthwhile evening it was. In just a short amount of time the several hundred guests raised over $1.2 million dollars in donations to support the Sanford Turnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. It’s very satisfying to provide event photography for organizations and causes that raise both funding and awareness of important medical research and goodwill.
