Aerial Photography in San Diego has a lot of uses, especially when combined with real estate graphic design products like offering memorandums. Featured in this article are a selection of some applications of aerial photography in San Diego for selling commercial real estate. The attached images of just a few of what I captured from helicopter over the beach areas of San Diego. Shown are aerial photos for the communities of Pacific Beach and parts of La Jolla, California.
Helicopter-based aerial photography in San Diego is the very best and most preferred form of aerial photography because it allows for the clearest, most accurate, and non-distorted view of areas being photographed on the ground. With the ability to hold a fixed position or altitude and orbit areas of interest, combined with the absence of doors or glass to shoot through, and the best professional cameras and lenses, we capture ultra-clear photos in very high resolution. These photos are then checked and edited as necessary to further ensure their very best appearance.
The main goal of our helicopter photo flight was to capture a wide range of aerials photos of a commercial residential building in the Pacific Beach area, know as “The Oasis”. Next, we combined and designed a graphic investment document known as an Offering Memorandum to which the owner representative would use to market the property to investors. The Offering Memorandum featured the aerials photos we shoot by helicopter, financial and background information for the property, and some interior and exterior photos of the location provided by the owner representative, plus some additional exterior real estate photos that we captured.
By combining professional San Diego aerial photography with on-the-ground real estate photography with pertinent marketing information, an important and comprehensive commercial real estate selling guide, or Offering Memorandum, can be created for a particular property. This article presents the one such Offering Memorandum “The Oasis” in Pacific Beach, San Diego California.
