Conference receptions are the perfect opportunity for important business networking, while also giving conference attendees the opportunity to enjoy some relaxed time after a full day of seminars, workshops and presentations. To help ensure a well-received event, COPE Health Solutions sponsored an evening reception at this year’s CAPG Healthcare Conference at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California.
Requiring complete and dedicated coverage of the event, COPE Health Solutions commissioned me to provide reception photography, as well as a complete collection of both high and low resolution images afterwards, which is an important photography product that I provide to corporate clients in a wide range of industries and professions.
In addition to providing conference reception photography that captured general shots of the venue and guests networking, mingling, and their posing for conference photos and on-site prints outside the Hyatt’s Harbor Ballroom, I also photographed COPE Health Solutions’s branding through the area for their marketing purposes. Other important parts of the reception photography included shots candid and posed shots COPE Health Solutions’s CEO and management meeting with various conference attendees.
Posed conference and reception photography can be another important marketing tool for companies because it provides an opportunity to follow-up with clients by sending them a personalized photos with company executives. Oftentimes digital copies of the posed photos shared, but many times I also prepare professional prints from reception photography, and these prints are presented in fine display folders for the best impression.
