Real estate management, leasing and sales often require the photography of all types of residential, commercial and industrial property. In this article we present a series of industrial warehouse building photos that AbounaPhoto was commissioned to create for Voit Real Estate Services. The photography documented the complete layout of the building and highlighted all of the important features of the property, too.
The warehouse building photos shown here feature one of Voit’s properties in National City, CA. It’s a 27,000 sq.ft. industrial warehouse building located on a 33,000 square foot lot. The industrial warehouse has 18 foot high ceilings, two large drive-in/grade-level doors, one huge square open space, a newer adjacent long space, a front entrance lobby, office, restrooms, and storerooms.
A standout feature that the warehouse building photos capture is the well-kept concrete floor, which in the photos reflects the great lighting and structure of the ceiling. The two vehicles in the warehouse help depict the big size of the property. A fun find in this shoot was the classic 1967 Pontiac Firebird 400! You never know what’ll turn up sometimes on photoshoots.
