A beautiful day for San Diego Mission Bay Resort Wedding Photography for Raquel and Kevin. From start to finish, the couple’s special day was wonderful. From final getting ready photos, a first look, family photos, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, photo booth, and every moment in between. Our San Diego wedding photography captured it all!
The San Diego Mission Bay Resort is a fabulous, contemporary beachfront resort and the perfect setting for Raquel and Kevin’s wedding. The couples wedding day photography because with final getting ready photos of the girls and of the guys. We then staged a first look where Kevin had a private moment to see Raquel in her wedding dress before the ceremony. We then did the same first look for Raquel’s father. Both were lovely moments.
A nice feature of the first look is that it allows for creating and capturing many posed and family photos before the wedding ceremony, instead of afterwards. The benefit if this is that the couple can then spend more time with guests right after the ceremony, instead of having to focus on a series of photos. Because of the fabulous location, the couple’s San Diego Mission Bay Resort wedding photography resulted in a lot of wonderful photos.
There were still a some family and posed photos after the ceremony, but our San Diego wedding photography slowly shifted towards photographing the reception at the resort. The reception photography included capturing the table decor, the desert bar and cake, and of course the couple’s grand entrance, toasts, and many candid and dancing photos. We also had a photo booth available at the reception, which was very popular for the guests. And a nice keepsake from the Photo Booth were prints for everyone, and a personalized photo booth album for Raquel and Kevin of all the printed photos.
The 8-hours of wedding day photography and 3-hours of second photography, was followed by many hours of editing each and every photo that we perform as part of every shoot. This editing step is an essential with any photography because it ensures the highest quality in digital image production.
